What is the Free Trial? How do I get this?
|
|
|

We will provide you with a one-week free trial course. If you have participated in the Free Level Test, we will recommend the suitable free trial course for you in accordance with your test results. Otherwise, you will have a free trial of Level 1, Unit 1, just by registering with Great Wall Chinese. |

What is Free Chinese Level Test? How do I get it?
|
|
|
|
|
We offer you a professional Chinese proficiency test for free. You will get a detailed understanding of your Chinese level, including hearing, vocabulary, grammar and Chinese characters, and your level within Great Wall Chinese. According to the testing results, we will choose the most suitable courses for you within Great Wall Chinese. In addition, you can reserve a verbal test. These are given by professional Chinese teachers who will identify your spoken language level. They will provide you with a personalized learning plan.
You will get the Free Assessment Test once you register.

How can I find out my learning progress over time?
|
|
|
|
|
Login and click My Course.
Click Course List, Progress Report, Study Plan, and My Performance to check out your learning progress.
|
|
|
|

Can I learn the other units at the same time?
|
|
|
|
|
We use different colors to indicate your learning progress of the course in the Unit Frame page. Gray means that you have not learned the modules.
|
|
|
|
|
Each course level has been structured scientifically to maximize your learning. We believe that it is beneficial for you to finish each unit integrally. Thus, you must take the courses in sequence. You will not be able to advance if you have not finished the previous unit.

Why does the module reveal unfinished? I drop out form the module, when I have not finished the module.
|
|
|
|
|
It will appear as "unfinished" if you have not completed the unit. We suggest you restarting to learn from the beginning, as it is the best way to learn. Your progress will not be saved if you drop the unit before completing it.

Is there any time limit on my purchased courses?
|
|
|
|
|
We would like to assure all the customers, to the greatest extent possible, you can improve your Chinese effectively. Therefore, we hope that the purchased courses could be executed in a certain time. Two weeks per unit as the time limit, if you purchase 10 units (one-level) courses, then the time limit will be 20 weeks (about five months). we are sure that it will be done!

Time limit increases following the number of your purchased courses. If you encounter something unpredicted, please apply soon. We can also transact them to "course freeze".
